I'm sitting here now. On Sept. 30, I prepaid for tires and made an 11:00 appointment. Its been 3:30 hours to get tires and an oil change. What's the purpose of an appointment if you still have to wait all this time. Its ridiculous. I'm hungry, my phone is dying and I'm pissed.
