Run!!! Unprofessional and poor customer service! Will not return phone calls! Scheduled a time to come to my home, but never showed. Then they give you the run around. Seems like to me they have only certain people they want to work with.

Great guys - very knowledgeable and really helpful. They can repair travel trailer glass, auto glass, residential - you name it - and the price I paid was a joke - about 10% of what I had budgeted! I'll be back for any and all glass needs!
Poor customer service! I was quoted a price and received poor service that took 2 days to complete rather than the 1 day initially told because they were threatened by another customer to immediately finish their long drawn-out job or he would sue. When they were done with my cars, the price was more, and I was insulted by the owner who demanded their money. When I began to have problems with my glass and tint, I called and left messages that were never returned. I do not recommend this company to anyone!
Customer service by Matt really stinks. Rude, inconsiderate, and downright ugly to customers. A real business killer. I hope I never have to use their services again. I suggest you find somewhere else to get your glass.
