Great waitress and cook. Food delicious.
I am In town for a funeral and received the worst service I have ever had at a Waffle House. No one greets you when you come in the door. I get to the table and the waitress Katrina gives me a fork with egg on it. I asked for a 3 egg omelet and they bring me a 2 egg omelet. I asked her if it was a 3 egg omelet and she said let me check. She never came back to let me know what they said. I had to stop her and ask her what was going on and she said "oh they're making you another one". I said when were you going to tell me and she didn't answer. When we were checking out I told the manager I was going to place a complaint and her response was "well I gave you everything you asked for", then proceeded to argue with me stating that the order was right when the waitress got my order wrong. I will NEVER visit this Waffle House again.

Since I like all breakfast food I'm going to say that $22.00 for three people to eat is not bad anyway. Service was on top of it. ☺
We were there at 2 am the service was aweful. I have never felt so unsafe in an eating establishment. If you have to lock the doors behind your customers & unlock it to let them out. Something is very wrong. The Greenwood,MS police department needs to make a constant appearance there during the late hours. Something bad is bound to happen.
