The screw in my sunglasses broke and after visiting 3 locations in Jackson for repair with no success I Googled the closest authorized Serengeti Sunglass retailer. It happened to be Coleman Eye Center in Greenwood. I spoke to Emily who asked if I would send the glasses to her to see if she could repair them before I sent them to the factory. I sent them to her overnight and within a few minutes of her receiving the glasses, she had them fixed and called to tell me they were ready. That's a perfect example of great service. This facility is probably the most professional medical establishment that I've ever dealt with. I am a 42 year old female with absolutely terrible vision that includes astigmatism and formerly cataracts. I was able to use Dr Lee Coleman for the cataract removal. The entire experience was comfortable. Check in, triage, pre-op, and surgical staff were compassionate, friendly, and most importantly, punctual and on task!
