I was a patient of Dr Wheelers. I am currently diagnosed with several chronic health conditions. He even has me diagnosed with conditions I've never been told about. I am diagnosed with a condition that can only be determined by a specific test that I have never been given. He sent me a letter stating "due to you having several chronic health conditions I must withdraw from your care." I thought I at least was owed a referral to another health care provider or an explanation why so I went in for a visit before my 30 days were up. He then told me "I don't feel comfortable prescribing you your medication anymore." Hum? If you have an appointment make plans to sit in the waiting room at least 4-5 hours and then maybe see him a total of 5 minutes. If you need any type of paperwork or have to make phone calls to them concerning your conditions don't expect them to answer or to receive a call back.
Called this clinic to ask about medical records and remained on hold for 40 minutes. The staff is very unprofessional with no customer service skills at all. The office is very unorganized and nasty. Roaches in plain sight at the check in/out counter. I would not suggest this office to anyone.
