Dismal, sad, dirty and depressing. Not what I ever thought would be an Amtrak station. I know it's a very small town, but it's horrible.
I was very dissatisfied with the station and the assistance. I arrived early and had to wait for staff to arrive and open the lobby. I received no assitance from the staff with my luggage until I boarded and couldn't find anywhere to put it and my husband was not able to board and help me. Very dissapointed!!!
Love Amtrak. We always go through and stop at Greenwood on the way to New Orleans.

Had a wonderful trip from MEM to NOLA via Amtrak. The station is located right downtown. We could have walked to our hotel, but it was raining and I got outvoted on that idea.
