only open for package shipping / pickup two hours a day, but it is primarily a shipping hub. staff are attentive and very helpful. ring the buzzer if no one is at the counter when you arrive (they are loading the trucks)
I have a note on the Front Door that says please leave my packages at the side door. There is a note on the side door that says please leave my packages in the bin to keep them out of the weather. The Driver still WILL NOT leave my packages; and they are Christmas presents. The guy who receives our packages for my employer even told the UPS Driver that I worked here and if he did not want to leave them at my house, he could bring them direct to me. I still have not seen this guy. He is a fill in for Christmas and apparently it is easier for him to return my grandchildren's Christmas presents than deliver them as I have requested.
I have been using this distribution center quite extensively for the last three or four years. Service at this center really varies, with the one constant being Gail, who always seems to be concerned about providing good customer service. There is someone at the center all day Monday through Friday. Here's where the inconsistencies comes in, some days they will let you pick up packages through out the day, then at other times they will not. Shipping is always restricted to 9-10 am in the morning and 5-6 pm in the evening. This distribution center services a large geographic area and should without question expand its hours of shipping and the distribution of packages. Greater customer friendly service is needed from the whole team.
I had to have a package delivered on Saturday for work on Monday. The delivery driver put a note on my door and I was at home at the time. I called to let them know I was home and they informed me that they would return to deliver my package as it was important that I get it on Saturday which is the reason I paid extra to ship it on Saturday. The driver never showed back!
