This hotel is soooooooo nasty, we stayed for 2 days an it was the worst ever, the covers were nasty an had stains on them the sheets were dingy, and they never washed them while we were there. The fridge an microwave was soooooooo nasty, omg.. they had no telephones in the rooms, they had no coffee or anything for you to eat in the morning, you couldn't even get in the lobby in the morning. This is the worst hotel to stay in in greenwood. It was noise all night by the way.. don't stay here go somewhere else..
Okay, let me start by saying I was very hesitant to go to this hotel since it had a few bad reviews on here. First, I went to America's Best Value Inn and Suites, and then I went to Rodeway Inn and BOTH OTHER HOTELS TURNED OUT TO BE HORRIBLE!!! But, it Deluxe inn (this place was past called America's Best Inn) was cheaper than the other hotels in town so I decided to give it a shot and check the room out before buying it. Let me tell you were the reviews wrong!! I had a flat screen tv, great wifi, and extremely clean room. I was very satisfied and decided to get a room. It turned out this place is run by husband and wife, they were very nice and helpful (my car needed a jump start and Sam (the manager was extremely helpful with it). OVERALL, I think y'all should give this place a try.
It wasn't terrible, but it was pretty bad. It was like they tried to remodel the place but stopped before they were halfway done.
Terrible... This is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.... First off the manager is not here during business hours the receptionist keeps saying she can't make decisions till he returns at 10:30pm... Secondly the rooms don't even come with telephones... Thirdly i locate the number via google because the sign and the listed name dont correlate I call for a blanket i was told there is one on the bed.. The comforter was blood stained and soiled... This location is a mockery to the hospitality that hotels and motels are held accountable for.
