It was terrible. The staff was the only saving grace.

So, before this hotel I went to america's best VALUE inn & suites (TERRIBLE, don't go there). This place had decent outside and was close so I decided to go. This place needs way more cleaning!!! NASTY!!!!!!!! I found broken glass on the carpet!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!
When I first entered my hotel room there were many things that were clearly wrong. Some of the lamp shades were covered with some yellow stuff. One of the lamps was broken in half. The toilet didn't work. When pulled back my sheets there were black and brown smudges everywhere. We were in a no smoking room yet there were wholes burnt into one of the comforters. Also there is no service in the room. The phone in the actual room didn't even work. I couldn't make calls in my room or go on any websites because the internet didn't work.
KEEP MOVING......This place is HORRIBLE!!! My husband and I were in town for 1 night and checked into this place. I have stayed at an Rodeway Inn before and they were pretty decient But this one... three out of 5 lights didn't work, the clock didnt work. a electrical plug didnt work and even though they claim to have a iron/inorning board of course there were none. This place really need to be SHUT DOWN ASAP!!!!!
I went to this hotel first because I've stayed at other rodeway inn and I liked my stay. But, this place is a complete DUMP. I wish I hadn't made the reservation here, because I couldn't get my money back. I ended up stay two nights here with loud music, horrible wifi, and maids expected tips just to clean my room. Luckily I was able to get a refund for the rest of my stay. I went to deluxe inn and suites because it was very close to this hotel and I stayed there for almost two weeks. I recommend that rather then this place. THIS PLACE IS A DUMP!!! I'm not paying a maid just to clean my room... I would've tipped her if she did a good job.
