Outstanding place to stay! Richard, Mireya and staff are excellent. Always friendly, fast and go above for their customers. I am a diamond member with Choice and I put this hotel at the top of all hotels I stay across the state of Mississippi. Make sure you stay there TONIGHT! Adam

staff knowledge was lacking, over price hotel for poor quality and service, Breakfast taste like generic food. We stayed one night and paid $152.00 for bad quality and service. Would not recommend the stay for the price their asking.
Checked in to a room that had the prior guest's dirty laundry on the floor of the closet and bugs in the restroom. I advised the "front desk attendant", who I later learned chose to lie about his name and role to both me Choice Hotels Executive Customer Service line, and he said he would not allow me to leave (5:45pm). He offered me a larger suite. I did not want a larger suite, rather I wanted to leave due to the horrible experience with my room and the deplorable and unethical behavior of the "front desk attendant". Despite being a newer hotel, I was also dismayed about the TV size (only 32") and the diminutive breakfast offering. I have an active complaint with Choice Hotels corporate office, will not be returning, and strongly encourage any searching for a place to stay in Greenwood, MS, to choose Hampton Inn.
Nice accommodation very peaceful. Clean rooms, staff is very hospitable. I would stay at this establishment again.
