Great bed wanted to take it home, services was great, however housekeeping was poor. Floors not clean, mud all over it. Took my towels the next day and didn't leave me any, i Had to go get them myself. Everytime I showered water would get all over the floor.
The bathrooms require fresh, caulk around the shower, new shower heads and removing dust from the rooms.
Decent hotel. The level of cleanliness during my last stay was concerning. Nice, friendly staff.
Have worked here for about 7 years, great place to work. I always come home from out of town and am able to relax with no noise or interruptions.
The rooms were large, but the hotel could use a little remodeling. The ceiling had brown stains and some of the carpet had stains. We requested a baby bed, when paying for our room online. My husband had to carry the bed upstairs. When we put the baby bed together, I noticed that one of the rails were broke. My husband had to return back downstairs to get another. Several of the breakfast items were luke warm, the turkey sausages were hard and some of the muffins were hard too. The last time we visited this hotel, it was great. I believe this hotel is going down hill.
Very nice, clean, comfortable hotel. The staff is not so great and got my rate and reservation wrong. Last time staying here.
